What changes after September 10?
The founding target is 20% for qualified legal STRs that apply by September 10. The standard target moves to 22% after the deadline. Final terms require property-fit review and a signed service agreement.
How does the $950 setup credit work?
$950 is credited across the first three full management invoices as $316.67, $316.67 and $316.66. It has no cash value and never exceeds that month's fee.
Why only five homes?
This is a capacity limit for the founding pilot. Applications close when five legal properties pass fit review.
Do you manage 31+ day rentals?
No. The launch scope is limited to legal transient stays of 30 consecutive days or less. Tenant placement, leases, rent collection and security deposits are excluded.
